      I have attended several conferences in Jeddah, Hail, Riyadh, London, Manchester

       and Sydney which I cannot assess now.

8.  Academic activities:

a.       Teaching astronomical courses in Astronomy Dept.

b.       Developing astronomical courses such as : Cosmology 1 (628), Spherical Astronomy 1 (331),

       General Astronomy 1 (201), General Astronomy 2 (202), Physics of the Solar

       System (203).

c.       Writing a book " Clear Introduction to Spherical Astronomy." which  is about being

        finished.

d.      Searching for text books in various fields of astronomy and obtaining 171 text books.

e.       Searching for astronomical periodical journals and obtaining 17 fundamental journals.

f.       Calculation of  accurate prayer timetables for Jeddah and Riyadh which are in full 

       agreement with observations made by modern telescopes. There is a site of mine in the

       Internet includes such timetables for Jeddah from 1431 H up to 1443 H.
